Specifically, this role will deliver solutions and outcomes to the Client Fulfilment function withinCommodities and Global Markets. Our team provides project and program management services to fulfil a range of strategic objectives across our Client Services and client Platforms domains. We work with stakeholders to define priorities, develop solutions, and drive delivery to meet the operational, commercial, and strategic needs of our businesses. This is a max term contract role with the possibility of conversion to permanent for the right candidate. As a Client Fulfilment Program Manager your focus will be on successfully upgrading and migrating our legacy Fenergo (FenE) client onboarding infrastructure to FenX across Macquaries global institutional footprint. You will work with stakeholders across Technology, Financial Crime Risk, Client Services, and our business Divisions, as well as external vendors to deliver agreed objectives and key results for this program of work, including any ancillary streams. You will ensure the Programs design and objectives demonstrably align with organisational goals, providing routine updates on status and progress. Additionally, you will demonstrate execution excellence by driving cross-functional collaboration, management of Program resources and RAID items, and senior management engagement and decisionmaking via the Steering Committee. 15+ years of experience in a program or senior project manager role, managing multiple streams of work, preferably within the financial services industry Proven leadership skills in steering large programs of work to meet risk management or regulatory outcomes Proven ability to effectively manage complex deliveries to schedule, budget and scope Prior experience leading systems and data migrations Ability to unite diverse stakeholder groups to establish clarity and direction Experience managing a Fenergo migration (versions FenE and FenX) valuable Working knowledge of client data management and governance protocols Strong risk management and control mindset A flexible, proactive, solution-oriented approach.
