The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced, handson, and commercially minded Head of Legal & Compliance to build and lead TTCs first inhouse legal and compliance function. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary, you will guide a small, highperforming team while providing strategic legal support across all TTC divisions globally. What Youll Do Legal Leadership & Strategic Advisory Lead and deliver the full suite of legal, compliance, and regulatory services across TTCs global operations. Oversee matters including contract drafting and negotiation, commercial and corporate law, good governance, labour & employment, litigation, and disputes. Provide legal expertise in data privacy, data protection, intellectual property, and statutory governance. Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Procurement, Tech, Finance, and People & Culture. Establish robust systems, processes, and workflows that strengthen TTCs legal and regulatory framework. Compliance & Governance Design, implement, and oversee TTCs Business Ethics & Compliance Program, including related policies, procedures, and technologyenabled tools. Create and deliver compliance training and maintain global compliance records. Strengthen corporate governance practices, supporting board reporting, reserved matters, delegation of authority, and statutory requirements. Regulatory & External Engagement Act as TTCs main point of contact with global regulators, ensuring strong relationships and effective compliance. Manage strategic partnerships with external firms to support complex or specialised legal matters. Stay ahead of developments across key jurisdictions including the UK & EU, USA, Australia, Canada, and South Africa. Team Leadership Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture. Drive continuous improvement and ensure a strong operating rhythm with the CLO, providing visibility of significant legal and regulatory matters. CrossFunctional Collaboration Partner with colleagues responsible for Data Privacy, IP portfolio management, and subsidiary governance. Support the Chief Legal Officer on key initiatives aligned with TTCs objectives. A global perspective, with experience working across multiple jurisdictions and cultures. What You Bring 12+ years postqualification experience, ideally from a combination of toptier private practice and global inhouse roles. A bachelors degree in law (LLB or and admission to a recognised bar (Australian or US admission advantageous). Proven experience advising senior leadership and influencing decisionmaking in complex environments. A passion for building teams, improving processes, and setting up a bestpractice legal function from the ground up.
