Head of Sales Renewable Energy Location: Brisbane, QLD or Sydney, NSW Company Type: Clean Energy Solutions Provider - EPC Were looking for a strategic sales leader to drive commercial growth and shape the future of renewable energy projects across Australia. This is a senior leadership position with the autonomy to define market strategy and lead a highperforming team in a rapidly evolving sector. Key Responsibilities Set and execute the national sales strategy for large-scale solar and battery storage projects. Lead business development initiatives, from early engagement through to contract execution. Oversee tendering processes, negotiations, and commercial agreements to secure major projects. Build and mentor a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success. Develop strong partnerships with developers, utilities, financiers, and key industry stakeholders. Extensive experience in commercial development and strategic sales within renewable energy. Proven track record in winning utilityscale EPC contracts for solar and energy storage projects. Deep understanding of complex contracting models, including PPA''s, project financing, split contract models, O&M contracts, EPC contracts, offtake agreements, supply agreements and grid compliance contracts. Established network across Australias energy sector and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication capabilities. Minimum 8 years in renewable energy with demonstrated success in business growth and team leadership.
