Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer Executive Assistant to the CEO of CatholicCare Sydney plays a pivotal role in providing high-level executive support to the Chief Executive Officer. As a trusted liaison to the Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team, and external stakeholders, you will represent CatholicCare with professionalism and integrity, upholding our Mission and Values in every interaction. Responsibilities Coordinating and maintaining the CEO''s calendar; managing competing priorities, scheduling meetings, booking travel and accommodation, and monitoring emails and phone calls to optimise the CEO''s time. Enabling the smooth running of the Executive Office: scheduling Executive Leadership Team meetings, coordinating pre-reading packs, taking minutes and action items. Supporting the preparation and administration for Board Meetings: collating, formatting, and uploading papers for Board and Board Sub-Committee meetings. Organising meetings and conferences, including venue bookings, catering arrangements, preparing and distributing agendas and meeting materials, and minute taking. Overseeing efficient workflow of information to ensure timely responses to all internal and external correspondence, coordinating allocation and distribution to relevant business areas, and monitoring follow-up action. About you Experience providing administrative and related support at an executive level, including supporting Board Meetings. Organisational skills: capacity to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain excellent attention to detail. High-level communication, interpersonal and engagement skills. High-level computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and related business applications; previous experience with board software is an advantage.
