Deliver Transformation Introduce emerging technologies and system solutions that enhance customer experience and operational performance. Strengthen Governance Build robust frameworks for cybersecurity, architecture, and disaster recovery. Lead Major Projects Oversee priority ICT initiatives aligned with Councils corporate objectives. Inspire People Develop a highperforming team that thrives on accountability, collaboration, and customer focus. What You Will Bring: You are more than just techsavvy. You are a strategic leader who can turn complexity into clarity and ideas into action. You combine datadriven decisionmaking with a proactive, solutionsfocused mindset, and you know how to balance innovation with operational stability. You will bring: Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Systems Architecture, or related field. Proven experience in senior ICT leadership roles, including strategy development and operational delivery. Strong knowledge of ICT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance. Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative system solutions and manage complex projects. Bonus Points For: Postgraduate qualifications in business, digital leadership, or public sector management.
