This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a specialist contractor known for quality, innovation, and technical excellence.About The RoleIn this role, you will oversee multiple concurrent projects within our remedial division, focusing on faades and infrastructure restoration. Youll play a key role in delivering outcomes that are safe, efficient, and aligned with client expectations. The position is costed to projects, and youll be equipped with the necessary tools and support to succeed from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning and execution, ensuring quality, safety, and time objectives are metManage subcontractors and site teams effectivelyProvide technical input and troubleshooting supportCoordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholdersContribute to project reporting and financial tracking using Workbench (training provided)Skills And Experience Required510 years experience in construction or contractingDegree-qualified in Civil or Structural EngineeringProven experience on remedial, faade, or infrastructure upgrade projectsAbility to manage site teams, interface with clients, and drive project outcomesStrong understanding of construction methodology and safety standardsWhat We OfferCar allowance, laptop, and mobile phoneExposure to diverse projects across the NSW regionA supportive, technically-minded team within a global organisationAccess to VINCIs internal opportunities and development pathwaysAdditional InformationWork is project-based across NSW; some travel may be requiredOpen to overseas applicants with relevant experience relocation support availableWhy us?Freyssinet Australia is part of the global VINCI Group, a world leader in specialist civil engineering.
