This 6-month contract gives you a key leadership role while a full-time position is being recruited for. Responsibilities Reporting directly to the CEO, you will: Lead, manage, and inspire the fundraising team to deliver exceptional outcomes Oversee the performance and financial integrity of all fundraising programmes Develop, implement and monitor activity-based plans, budgets, and timelines Build and nurture relationships with corporate partners, major donors, and the wider community Contribute to the growth and innovation of BCT''s fundraising initiatives. Qualifications About You At least 10 years of relevant professional experience and a background in fundraising, marketing and/or communications in a not-for-profit environment. Understanding of, and experience in fundraising (especially in the health sector) will be highly regarded. A leader who inspires confidence and collaboration and is a steady presence in a time of change for the team.
