About the role Were seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join us as a Project Director within our Agri-Energy team. Youll be based at International Towers Barangaroo, one of Australias most sustainable and awardwinning workplaces, with the flexibility of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. This senior position will help GrainCorp explore the establishment of an integrated renewable fuels industry in Australia with Ampol and IFM Investors. This program spans greenfield infrastructure investment, feedstock innovation, commercial agreements, and policy advocacy. Youll lead and coordinate crossfunctional workstreams, oversee investment planning through to construction and commissioning, and represent GrainCorp in highlevel engagements with industry, government, and partners. This is a rare opportunity to shape a national agenda at the intersection of agriculture, energy, and sustainabilitywhile reporting directly to senior leadership and influencing decisionmaking at the highest level. Our successful candidate: You are a proven leader with the capability and credibility to drive outcomes across a complex, highvalue program. You bring: Extensive stakeholder management experience, including with joint venture partners, government, and executive boards A track record in delivering largescale, crossfunctional projects in infrastructure, energy, or related industries Deep understanding of multidecade commercial arrangements, including structuring longterm offtake or supply agreements Strong leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and hold accountability across multiple workstreams Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to engage at all levels from frontline teams to boardrooms Commercial acumen, ideally gained through prior experience in banking, within a deals or transactions team, or as a practising lawyer Proven experience navigating complex legal and financial frameworks, with the ability to assess commercial risk and drive optimal outcomes Ready to apply?
