Principal Electrical Engineer Sydney We are currently recruiting for a Principal Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic Sydney based team. The role involves a variety of projects and services-based work, focused on automation / control systems and solutions, primarily in the Infrastructure, Water, Manufacturing, and Defence industries. Responsibilities Lead, manage, and participate in designing, developing, commissioning, and supporting automation and electrical systems in both project and services environments. Lead, manage, and participate in continuous improvement and maintenance of client process and automation systems. Leading engineering teams, planning and managing project execution. Drive the development of best practice methodologies, software, systems and procedures. Meeting engineering & project cost targets as set by Management. Manage, mentor, and support other engineers in the team. Qualifications Degree qualified (Electrical Engineering). Minimum 15 years industry experience. RPeng and RPEQ Certification or equivalent preferable. Proven track record of project success in electrical and control systems. Demonstrable experience in delivering and executing automation projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to travel regularly.
