As a collaboration partner your key role will be in building strategic partnerships, generating referral opportunities, and business growth through relationship-driven activities. This role works closely with our admin, developers, investors, and external businesses to identify collaboration opportunities and enhance brand presence in the market. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, community groups, developers, and referral partners. Identify new collaboration opportunities that can generate leads or value for the agency. Attend networking events, property expos, and industry functions to expand partnership networks. Develop and manage referral pipelines with partners and stakeholders. Coordinate inbound partnership leads and ensure smooth handover to sales agents. Track partner performance, lead quality, and conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing teams to create co-branded campaigns, joint promotions, or community engagement activities. Support content creation for social media, newsletters, and partnership announcements. Assist with organising collaboration events, seminars, or workshops. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, upcoming projects. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence, negotiate, and maintain long-term partnerships. Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently. Knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing tools. Lead volume and conversion rate from partnerships.
