Chief Executive Officer (Based in Tom Price) Up to $140,000 p/a + salary packaging + benefits We are partnering with the Nintirri Centre to recruit their new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role is offered as a two-year fixedterm contract, with the possibility of permanency for a highperforming CEO. The CEO works closely with the Board to ensure the organisations strategic vision is realised through strong governance, operational excellence and a culture of collaboration and integrity. They are responsible for overall leadership and management of Nintirri, providing strategic oversight across all areas of the organisation, including service delivery, financial performance, people and culture, stakeholder engagement and organisational sustainability. The CEO is supported by a small, capable leadership team that plays a critical role in delivering smooth daytoday operations. This includes the Office Manager, Operations Manager, parttime Finance Manager, and a team of flexible business allrounders. Through this teambased approach, the CEO drives innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring Nintirri delivers highquality, communityfocused programmes that respond to local needs while strengthening longterm growth, resilience and reputation across the Pilbara region. What you will be doing Work closely with the Board, staff, partners and community to set and deliver the strategic direction of Nintirri Centre Inc. Represent Nintirri with professionalism and warmth, living our values in every interaction. Lead, support and develop the organisations leadership group and wider staff to build capability and confidence across the organisation. Work with the Board to ensure strong, transparent and bestpractice governance. Ensure Nintirri has the people, funding and resources it needs to achieve its goals. Strengthen longterm sustainability and resilience through good planning, financial stewardship and continuous improvement. What we are looking for Proven senior leadership experience (5+ years) within community, notforprofit or government sectors. Relevant tertiary qualifications, ideally in business, project management or similar. The ability to recognise and articulate issues relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and a proven capacity to consult and negotiate effectively and sensitively in accordance with protocols. A high level of interpersonal skills for networking, consulting and liaising at all levels. The ability to lead and build capacity within a multidisciplinary team honestly, transparently and objectively with confidence and commitment. Advanced written skills, including a demonstrated ability to research information and write complex reports. Demonstrated understanding of community development. Demonstrated knowledge of finance, budgeting and financial analysis. Previous experience in attracting funding and sponsorship to an organisation.
