About the Roles We are on the lookout for a fulltime Venue General Manager to join our team at the iconic Manly Pavilion Precinct. In this role you will support the Precinct Manager to drive excellence and lead the team across BHGs flagship venue, Manly Pavilion, ensuring amazing customer service, bestinclass experiences and a great team culture. People management practices including recruitment, onboarding, training and development for the Front of House team; Ensuring high food and beverage standards and customer experience; Delegating roles and duties to the FOH team members as per service requirements; Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to guests at all times in accordance with The Boathouse Groups standards; Ensuring the overall cleanliness, maintenance and presentation of event areas is to a very high standard. About you To be the perfect addition to The Boathouse Group, you will have prior experience in a comparable role within a hospitality business where youve used your good time management and organisational skills and shown excellent leadership. Youll also: Be highly professional and customer oriented; Have people management skills which are developing; Be confident, calm and approachable; Be motivated to continue growing and developing your career with an excellent business; Hold a valid RSA and First Aid certificate, or willingness to obtain; Be available to work on nights and weekends.
