Together, you will contribute to architecture review, solution design and the creation of technology strategies that transition smoothly through delivery into operations.The Architecture team works closely with Sales, Service Delivery and our technology partners to shape the technology journeys of Orros largest customers. You will collaborate across domains, business units and vendors, ensuring each solution is aligned, secure and built for long term value. The environment is collaborative, supportive and united by a focus on high quality design and genuine customer partnerships.What Youll Be DoingAs an Enterprise Architect, you will be at the centre of shaping technology direction for Orros most strategic accounts. You will define, design and steer enterprise level solutions that elevate how our customers operate, ensuring their environments are efficient, secure and built to scale. Your influence will extend from early strategy through to execution, creating clarity, momentum and real business impact.Pre-Sales and Client StrategyOwn Orros vision and strategy for each customers technology journeyLead strategic engagements, helping customers define requirements, transformation opportunities and business valueBuild trusted advisor relationships with influencers and decision makersCommunicate clearly and confidently across C-level, architecture and IT management audiencesDevelop comprehensive architectural visions, journey maps and guardrailsAnalyse complex environments to identify opportunities for optimisation and innovationDesign scalable, secure and efficient enterprise solutionsRepresent complex architectures visually and articulate technology trends and issuesLead engagements across varying customer maturity levels, aligning each solution with their unique journeyCollaboration and InfluenceWork closely with Sales Account Managers to drive long term partnershipsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and key technology partnersMentor pre-sales and team members to uplift capabilitySupport go-to-market initiatives and marketing activitiesWhat Youll Bring10+ years of IT industry experience in presales solution architecture or enterprise architectureDeep understanding of at least two technology domains, ideally across cloud, data management, application integration, cybersecurity or networkingPractical experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or ZachmanStrong system design and modelling capabilityProven experience leading strategic engagements with Financial Services customersAbility to influence and align diverse teams toward common outcomesSkilled at analysing complex environments and identifying strategic opportunitiesAbility to plan and execute multiple engagements in parallelClear, confident communication across agency and enterprise environmentsA proactive, creative and innovative mindset, able to think beyond the digital boxBonus PointsOracle Cloud Solutions ArchitectCloud certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Google Professional Cloud ArchitectIT architecture certifications such as TOGAF or Zachman*Note: The role is subject to state and federal police background checks.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingWhy Orro?At Orro, were proud to support our people and the people who matter most to them in meaningful and inclusive ways.
