You will lead the evolution of People & Culture from transactional to strategic, build a cohesive, valuesled culture, develop leadership capability and succession depth, oversee workforce and talent strategies informed by data, and partner on organisational design, M&A, and postacquisition integration. You bring senior People & Culture leadership experience, ideally in multisite or regulated environments, with a track record of elevating HR functions and delivering measurable impact.
