Job Description

What Youll Do Portfolio & Business Unit Management: Develop and manage a designated portfolio into a profitable business unit, providing strategic input on delivery processes. Program & Financial Oversight: Lead financial planning, direct, and coordinate activities to ensure all project objectives are completed within defined timelines and budgets. Process & Compliance: Ensure all agency, client, vendor, and legal processes and requirements are consistently met. Content Production Management: Oversee the management and quality control of diverse content types (ATL, digital, social, video, image, websites, TVC, print, retail), including asset delivery and trafficking. Strategic Project Ownership: Take handson ownership of complex strategic projects, managing senior stakeholders and serving as the primary client interface. CrossFunctional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Account, Strategy, Media, and Creative leads to meet client expectations, creative vision, and agency needs from briefing through final delivery. Risk & Problem Solving: Proactively identify risks and solutions, acting as the primary problem solver to ensure projects remain agile and strategic. Scope Development: Lead the development of project scope, including goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, processes, and resource requirements. Resource & Progress Monitoring: Oversee portfolio resources and daytoday activities, monitor and report on project progress, and manage change requests. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide motivation and mentorship to the Project Management team, serve as the first point of escalation for issues, and potentially manage direct reports. Operational Support: Support Head of Delivery in PMs and optimizing skill levels to project needs, and continuously identify opportunities for solutions. What You Can Bring Extensive Experience: 10+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably managing a portfolio of brands within an agency setting. Leadership & Management: Strong leadership, management, and mentorship skills. Communication & Presentation: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively. Strategic Project Ownership: Handson experience and ownership of complex strategic projects, including senior stakeholder management. ProblemSolving & Agility: Ability to recognize and solve potential problems, elevate issues, continually evaluate project effectiveness, and thrive in a fastpaced, agile environment. Quality & Detail: Strong communication skills with impressive attention to detail, and a calm, collected approach to problemsolving. SelfAwareness & People Management: Strong selfawareness and effective peoplemanagement skills. Platform Understanding: Understanding of relevant social media platforms and their requirements.
