What youll be doing Reporting directly to the Board, the COO will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, enhancing service quality, building workforce capability, and improving overall organisational performance. Key areas of focus include: Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations and translate strategic plans into measurable outcomes, working closely with the General Manager and other leaders. Governance & Compliance: Ensure robust policies, risk management, and adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements. Growth, Innovation & Promotion: Drive innovation, partnerships, and represent Gratis Home Care across the sector. Service Delivery & Workforce Leadership: Lead and support teams to deliver safe, personcentred, and highquality services, while supporting the General Manager in managing daily operations and care delivery. Financial & Resource Management: Manage budgets, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth. Quality, Risk & Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and excellence.
