Harcourts Pinnacle are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Operations to join us on a full-time basis, overseeing key operational functions across both our Aspley & Strathpine offices, and providing direct leadership to our administration & support teams.Duties & responsibilities:Lead the daily operations of the business across sales administration, property and agent marketing, reception, and general office supportManage a team of eight, providing the coaching, structure, and direction needed to nurture their performanceEnsure administration functions meet required SLA timeframes and quality benchmarksIdentify and implement improvements where neededTake ownership of operational direction proactively problem solving and keeping business functions running efficientlySupport agents and other team members by delivering consistently reliable operational services that contribute to team productivity and client experienceProvide our directors with regular performance reporting on team outcomes and updates on operational progressMinimum of 5 years experience in Real Estate or related property operations positionProactive approach to leadership and setting directives to drive desired outcomesSelf-motivation and autonomous time management skillsConfidence in developing a team within a fast-paced service environmentStrong relationship building skills across the organisation to strengthen collaboration and service deliveryAbility to drive continual improvement across processes, systems, workflows, and support structuresFull Australian working rights and current residenceBenefits on offer:Performance bonus included as part of your remuneration packageInclusion in leadership team events and retreatsFamily-friendly cultureLong-term team stability including over 20 team members in our five-year clubSupportive, relationship-focused working environment with strong internal collaborationAbout us:Harcourts Pinnacle has been established on Brisbanes northside since 2000, delivering services across residential sales, commercial sales and leasing, and full-service property management.
