Residential Division Manager Bond Care We''re growing again! We''re hiring a Residential Division Manager to oversee all housing, support teams and our rapidly expanding residential division. You''ll manage day-to-day operations, lead support teams and rosters, maintain SIL houses, ensure compliance with NDIS standards and coordinate with clients, support coordinators and allied health professionals to organise ongoing supports. You''ll work closely with the Director and Operations Manager, and will have a personal Executive Assistant to support service delivery across all programs.
