Youll Be Empowered To Partner with key business stakeholders to represent finance during the design and iteration of new products, partnerships, and revenue streams Translate commercial and product strategies into measurable financial outcomes, shaping investment decisions and guiding resource allocation across emerging initiatives Lead all aspects of group financial reporting under IFRS, including monthend, quarterend, and yearend consolidation and close across multiple entities Manage all group tax obligations and compliance filings (GST, FBT, PAYG, R&D, international tax) Oversee and maintain the groups financial systems, including NetSuite and billing systems, ensuring accurate configuration, data integrity, and reporting Design, implement, and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and risk frameworks Operate and enhance the groups treasury program (US$100 million+) Drive improvements in reporting cadence, close timelines, and data quality through process design and tooling Lead, manage, and develop a lean, highperforming team across controllership, treasury, and digital asset operations, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and professional growth Wed Love You To Bring CA, CPA or ACCA qualification 5+ years in senior finance roles with experience owning group reporting, audits, and tax compliance Strong IFRS knowledge and handson experience preparing consolidated financials Proven ability to manage external audits and multientity statutory reporting Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and solid Excel skills Track record of improving finance operations through tooling or automation Experience operating in fastpaced, highgrowth environments such as startups, scaleups or productled tech companies Prior exposure to toptier consulting or professional services A playercoach mindset equally confident leading a team and diving into detail Bonus Points For Exposure to Web3, crypto or digital asset operations Experience managing billing systems and supporting B2B revenue models Attracting the best global talent We commit to paying globally competitive salaries and contributions & we share our products success through Employee Stock Options.
