On busy days our team enjoys working together to provide the best care and outcomes for our patients.RoleAs Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the daytoday success of the clinic. This fulltime, handson leadership role includes:Managing daytoday operations, including stock, staff rostering, and client records.Leading, developing, and building a positive team culture.Ensuring monthly KPIs are met.Driving the business forward by creating and implementing local marketing initiatives.Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners.Providing nursing duties as required, including training and mentoring nurses.Skills & QualificationsWere looking for a caring and passionate natural leader.
