This is a senior, high-impact position reporting directly to our Chief Information Officer.In this role, youll lead several critical IT functions (including Data, Integration, Infrastructure, and Software Engineering), through a team of experienced direct reports: Head of Data, Head of Integration, Head of Infrastructure, Head of Digital Engineering, and the Manager of Data Governance.Were looking for someone who brings deep experience leading large-scale data or software engineering functions and understands what great looks like in these areas. Youll use your strong technical insight and leadership to shape the strategy and drive the continued evolution of these teams.Further responsibilities: As a member of the IT Leadership Team, contribute to the development and execution of the IT strategy, road-map, and annual planning cyclesDrive shared service platform evolution and technical capability improvementsLead the development of platform product road-maps and capability development strategies (Data, Engineering and API)Balance platform investment with business division needs and enterprise technical strategyCollaborate with other division Technology leaders to ensure adoption of architecture, delivery, security and engineering standards to drive quality, cohesion and speed to marketFacilitate platform capability sharing and reuse across the enterpriseIdentify, assess, and manage risks and issues across PlatformsLead, mentor, and develop high-performing platforms teamsDevelop talent through persistent team structures and clear career pathways and developmentYoull be great in this role if you have 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in large-scale enterprise environments, as well as early career experience in software engineering, data or similar.Demonstrated experience in leading a software engineering functionProven experience building and scaling technology platforms in enterpriseProven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and technology strategy developmentExperience with agile and traditional delivery methodologies in complex organizational settingsDemonstrated experience in stakeholder management across multiple business divisionsExperience managing technology budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationshipsExcellent leadership and people management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teamsExperience in measuring and optimizing platform adoption and success metricsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsStrong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, enterprise architecture, and technology strategy developmentWere committed to looking after you, with some of the best benefits and conditions in the industry including (but not limited to): Discounted flights for you and your loved ones (including $1000 worth of travel credits per year)A flexible, hybrid work style.
