The practice collaborates regularly with colleagues across Australia and globally, providing clients with cross-jurisdictional expertise.The team is commercial, strategic, and client-focused, with a strong mentoring culture and a commitment to professional development, quality, and innovation.Position DescriptionIn this role, you will work on a diverse range of disputes, from complex cross-border litigation to specialist construction and financial services matters. You will take day-to-day responsibility for more straightforward matters, while supporting senior lawyers on larger-scale and complex disputes.Your work will include drafting and negotiating legal documentation, managing court processes, liaising with clients and counterparties, and contributing to strategic advice. You will also be encouraged to contribute to business development initiatives and provide mentoring to junior team members.Key RequirementsYou will be a dispute resolution lawyer with 25 years post-admission experience, ideally gained in a top-tier or mid-tier firm or in-house.
