Global Fire & Electronic Security Integrator This is an opportunity to join a global leader in fire protection and electronic security systems in a senior operational leadership role, working directly with the CEO to shape the future direction of the ANZ business. The organisation operates at scale across the region, delivering critical lifesafety, security and building infrastructure services in complex, highly regulated environments. This role holds endtoend accountability for national operational performance spanning service delivery, installation, project execution and operational administration. You will lead geographically dispersed teams and be accountable for operational, financial, safety, customer and compliance outcomes within a business where reliability is fundamental. The organisation is entering the next decisive phase of operational transformation, focused on strengthening structure, improving efficiency, and maximising resources to deliver measurable performance improvement. Responsibilities Provide strategic operational leadership, translating business direction into disciplined execution Drive process improvement and operational efficiency across large, multisite environments Build and develop highperforming, technically capable leadership teams Own financial performance, budgeting and resource allocation at enterprise level Lead and embed strong health, safety and environmental culture and governance Maintain a clear focus on customer experience, service quality and performance accountability Manage and align vendors, partners and complex stakeholder groups across the organisation Your background will include senior leadership experience within fire systems, electronic security, critical building services (HVAC, vertical transportation/elevators, or lifesafety infrastructure) or integrated facilities management. You bring the judgement to operate in ambiguity, the resilience to lead through complexity, and the credibility to influence at executive and board level while remaining grounded in frontline operational realities. This is not just a visible role. It is a consequential one. This role is ideally based in Sydney or Brisbane.
