About The Role As the Fulfillment Centre Manager, you will oversee the operational activities of the Thornton Fulfilment Centre. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that operational targets are consistently achieved. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. Responsibilities Provide leadership and management of trade store personnel. Establish and maintain a productive, co-operative team environment where customer service is paramount and sales KPIs are achieved. Ensure financial compliance and due diligence on site. Effectively manage trade store profit & loss whilst implementing strategies to effect change where required. Full responsibility for managing site inventory. Provide Management with industry relevant market intelligence. Effectively manage sales and promotional activities at trade store. Manage transport resources to ensure a safe and efficient delivery service. Qualifications and Experience Prior experience within sales, distribution, or customer service. Leadership experience is essential. Experience using Microsoft Suite and SAP. Ability to work from the Thornton Site full time (MonFri 6am3pm some additional hours as required). Full and unrestricted Australian working rights we do not offer visa sponsorship. Valid Police Check. Forklift licence or willingness to obtain. Ability and willingness to undertake manual handling.
