Head of Quality Imaginelle Location: Cardiff, NSW | Full-Time Overview Imaginelle is a fastgrowing, GMPaccredited contract manufacturing partner for Australias leading skincare, beauty and personalcare brands. In this senior leadership role you will lead Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Quality Systems across our multibrand, multicategory operation, driving the systems, culture and governance that underpin products used by millions of consumers. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Lead, mentor and grow the Quality team Develop quality strategy aligned with business growth Scale QMS and processes to support increased production capacity Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with GMP ISO 22716 and cosmetic regulatory standards Lead internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness Implement and manage risk management frameworks Quality Systems Oversee CAPAs, deviations, SOPs, change control and documentation Ensure robust batch record management and QC documentation Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality KPIs Operational Quality Oversee approval of raw materials, packaging and finished goods Support process validation, scaleup and optimisation Lead investigations and ensure effective corrective actions Brand Partner Collaboration Serve as primary quality contact for customers and brand partners Support quality agreements, technical reviews and customer audits Deliver detailed quality reporting and communication to clients Supplier Quality Manage supplier qualification, audits and performance monitoring Address supplier nonconformances and required improvements NPI & Product Lifecycle Oversee quality requirements for New Product Introductions Approve specifications, artwork and technical documentation Ensure smooth transition from R&D to production Requirements Seniorlevel experience in QA/QC within the cosmetics industry Strong knowledge of GMP ISO 22716 Excellent documentation, systems and process improvement skills Experience leading teams in a fastpaced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities A tertiary qualification in science or related fields (preferred) Benefits A proud familyowned company with a longterm vision for both its business and its people Work directly with Australias leading and fastestgrowing brands A senior role with real influence over business direction High visibility and impact in a company with major expansion plans Opportunity to shape the quality future of a major contract manufacturer disrupting the industry Be part of topselling product launches across multiple beauty categories Apply If you are a quality professional seeking a senior leadership role in a rapidly growing contract manufacturing environment, wed love to hear from you.
