Head of Operations WOW Recruitment have partnered with a thriving solar business preparing for growth, seeking a Head of Operations to develop its processes and people. With rapid team growth, were searching for a peoplefirst, handson and technically capable Head of Operations to build the operational engine that will support national expansion. This role will focus on structure, systems, processes, and people. Mapping, refining and automating SOPs to reduce manual work and build scalable, efficient workflows. Designing and improving system architecture across their CRM, internal tools, dashboards and integrations. Restructuring and supporting the operations team to ensure alignment, clarity, and better crossfunctional performance. Partnering closely with the Service Delivery Manager to streamline installations and project delivery. Driving adoption of better reporting, data flows, and operational visibility. Coaching and developing leaders, closing gaps, and supporting a smoother operational cadence. Working with suppliers, stakeholders, and HR to ensure smooth daytoday operations. You Are A strategic operational leader who can both build strategy and execute it. Technically strong across CRM optimisation, workflow automation, API connections, dashboards, and datadriven decision making. Experienced in fastgrowth environments ideally in a scaleup, renewable energy, construction, electrical, or service delivery setting. Someone with exposure to operational tech and process design; preferably in solar or electrical engineering. Comfortable stepping into the detail, solving problems quickly, and working in a fast paced business. Strong people leadership skills can uplift capability where gaps exist. Someone who enjoys agile execution, and thrives in environments where systems are evolving.
