Lead the strategic direction, growth and performance of one of Australias most sophisticated unlisted property investment platforms. Sentinel Property Group is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Head of Funds Management to steward the performance, growth and strategic delivery of our national fund portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this executive role is central to shaping investment outcomes, driving value for investors, and guiding the performance of the Asset Management, Capital Transactions and Development divisions. Whats in It for You Executivelevel opportunity to shape the future of a highperformance funds management platform Direct exposure to Csuite investment strategy and decisionmaking Lead multidisciplinary teams across Asset Management, Capital Transactions and Development Competitive executive remuneration with performancelinked incentives Brisbane CBD location dynamic, collaborative and fastgrowing investment environment Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic and operational performance of Sentinels investment funds across their full lifecycle Drive medium and longterm growth initiatives with the CEO and COO Oversee delivery from Asset Management, Capital Transactions and Development teams to maximise fund returns Evaluate market conditions, investment opportunities and risk to inform fund strategy Maintain strong investor confidence through transparent engagement and reporting Support capitalraising initiatives where required in partnership with the Head of Clients & Capital Ensure governance, regulatory compliance and internal approval frameworks are upheld Monitor AUM performance, financial modelling and analytics to optimise decisionmaking Skills & Experience 10+ years experience in real estate investment or funds management with a proven track record of performance Strong strategic leadership capability with experience managing senior multidisciplinary teams Deep technical knowledge across financial modelling, portfolio management, capital transactions and valueadd projects Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the presence to influence investors and internal leaders Understanding of fund structures, compliance, governance and risk management within realestate investment environments How to Apply If youre ready to lead one of Australias most dynamic realestate investment platforms and contribute directly to its next phase of growth, wed love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
