Reporting to the Chief People Partnerships and Quality Officer, you will lead and innovate, driving exceptional outcomes across People and Culture, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Talent and Acquisition, and Payroll. Overseeing eleven direct reports, you will bring a forwardthinking approach to drive performance and accountability. You will be instrumental in ensuring our leaderled culture is able to continue to attract, retain, and develop our people in a safe and supported environment, with continuous improvement being a collective commitment. We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader who, in this pivotal role, will ensure our people systems, processes, programmes and initiatives are aligned to our values and culture and reflective of our commitment to creating quality outcomes. You will bring strategic insight, a collaborative spirit, and an ability to truly make a difference by delivering peoplefocused outcomes. Your ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and influence positive change will be essential. In partnership with the People, Partnerships & Quality leadership team, you will play a key role in realising UnitingSAs approach to increasing the capacity, capability, impact and sustainability of our organisation.
