Join to apply for the Line Pilot role at Royal Flying Doctor Service (WA) Base salary: A$136,856 / year About the Role As a PC12NG Line Pilot at Royal Flying Doctor Service WA you will operate in some of the most demanding environments in the world where your skills truly matter. Youll conduct aeromedical retrievals, inter-hospital transfers and primary health care flights across vast and remote regions of WA. Every mission is critical, with a nurse and doctor onboard, requiring you to operate into challenging airstrips where precision, judgement and handson flying skills are essential. What We Offer Competitive salary: $136,856 + super, with annual increases under our enterprise agreement. District allowance: $9,300 (single) or $18,600 (with dependents). Housing support: Subsidised housing (8% contribution) or allowance up to $750 / week. Relocation assistance for you and your family. Internal mobility: Transfer between bases via our pilot bidding system. FIFO options available at our Meekatharra base. Additional benefits: fuel card, layover / overtime payments, aviation medical reimbursement, loss of licence cover and annual travel assistance. 42 days annual leave and 56 days advanced roster. Career progression: PC24 jet operations, Training & Checking opportunities. New aircraft: PC12 joining our fleet. Salary packaging: Up to $15,900 for everyday expenses + $2,650 for meals / entertainment, plus novated lease options. Total package value: $170,000$185,000 (depending on circumstances). Comprehensive training: Integrated PC12NG training via our own Part 141 training organisation, including simulator sessions. About You Australian CPL or ATPL. SEA Instrument Rating with 100 hrs night flying, 100 hrs actual IFR and two IPCs. Eligible to work in Australia. Available for early commencement. Willing to commit to a posting at one of our regional bases. Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills. Singlepilot IFR experience in regional or remote environments.
