Job Description Shape the people agenda at the heart of the LEGO Group! We are looking for a strategic and impact-driven People Partner to support Portfolio Management and the Nordic Market Unit. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to VPs, drive key PPC (People Places & Culture) priorities, enable data-driven decision-making, and support organizational design, talent development and workforce planning. Please note: This is a role at Manager Specialist level and we do not support relocation. Core Responsibilities Accountable for leading and delivering against PPC (People Places & Culture) priorities in alignment with both Portfolio Management and the Nordics Market Unit and the LEGO Groups strategic direction. This includes leveraging data driven insights to enable decision making on people and processes. Strategic advisor, trusted coach and sparring partner to the VPs and their leadership teams. Execution of HR processes across the functional areas ensuring strong deployment and impact of critical processes. Driving organizational development initiatives and supporting the functional leadership teams in building the organization for the future including critical capabilities, talent development and succession planning. Support the ELT People Partner in governing the organizational structures, managing the shape and size of the org, including FTR baseline management, supporting PMD (Product, Marketing & Development) workforce planning, adherence to spans & layers guidelines, driving efficiencies through structures, managing open positions and vacant capacity. Play your part in our team succeeding The LEGO Groups People, Places & Culture (PPC) organization includes 4 main areas: Talent, Reward & Insights, Diversity & Inclusion and the People Partnering function. People Partnering organization covers HR (PPC) Business Partnering as well as local Operations including employee relations, benefits, policies and execution. The partnering organization is responsible for developing and deploying the people & culture agenda in line with the LEGO Groups strategic direction. The operations organization serves as a backbone to enable the partners and the business to provide relevant solutions on people processes respecting geographical and site nuances. Do you have what it takes? We are looking for a HR professional with passion for talent, leadership and culture coupled with a relevant educational background and solid HR business partnering or people and organizational development experience. In addition, we hope that you bring: Ability to drive organizational impact through deployment of the people agenda. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across geographies, functions and organizational levels. A track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Solid business understanding and acumen. A strong communicator and relationship builder. The independent voice encouraging a collaborative, but challenging environment for colleagues to be empowered to communicate their thoughts and ideas.
