Role: Care Partner (Marryatville | FullTime) As a Care Partner, You Will Provide personalised, highquality support to clients in their homes. Work collaboratively within a closeknit team in a fastpaced environment. Communicate effectively with clients, families and colleagues. Maintain accurate client notes and documentation using Microsoft systems and internal software. About You You are someone who thrives in a team setting but can also work independently with minimal supervision. Youll Bring Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). An outgoing and approachable personality with strong communication skills. The ability to adapt quickly and stay organised in a dynamic work environment.
