This means well be supporting more people than ever to access meaningful employment and build lasting careers and were growing our team to help make it happen.As a Partnerships Coach with Breakthru, youll work side-by-side with participants to explore their career goals, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment. Youll take the time to understand their strengths and aspirations, offering tailored coaching, linking them to opportunities, and collaborating with employers to open doors. Its a fast-paced, people-focused environment where your energy, empathy, and commitment to outcomes will shine.Youll also work closely with employers to understand their business needs and provide staffing solutions that genuinely fit. From delivering training and promoting inclusive hiring practices to keeping accurate records and driving engagement through proactive networking, this is a role where your relationship-building skills and passion for making a difference will have real impact.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.Engage and work alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.Champion Breakthrus values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.About YouYou bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference.
