They exist to positively impact the health and wellbeing of Australian communities.The RoleThe Finance Director is an integral part of the Exec team and is instrumental in managing the financial and commercial performance of a large and highprofile private Hospital based in Newcastle. Managing the endtoend finance function, youll provide leadership, business partnering support and financial governance.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the timely and accurate preparation and submission of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management accounts and other reports and analysis to the Hospital Execs and to the Corporate Office.Provide proactive business partnering support, through being the commercial link for the facilities and the part of the Executive Team.Preparation and presentation of the Annual Budget and Reforecasts.Analyse and provide insightful commentary on operating results as required.Work with the Executive Team in formulating and presenting business cases for major equipment and/or brownfield projects for presentation to the Group Executive Leadership Team.Ensure disciplined capital management of ongoing capex requests and maintenance of fixed asset register.The Successful CandidateCA/CPA/CFA qualified.Strong technical accounting, management reporting and analytical skills.Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.Welldeveloped leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with business leaders and influencing operational.Knowledge of Private Healthcare will be highly regarded.Trent Cairns 02 9146 6*** #J-18808-Ljbffr
