Head of Distribution | Private Markets Our client, a dynamic and award-winning private credit firm, is seeking an experienced and highly-networked Head of Distribution to drive the next phase of their capital raising and business expansion. Drive Growth for an Award-Winning Alternative Asset Manager Key Responsibilities Proactively leverage existing relationships with investor networksincluding Direct HNW Investors, Wealth Managers, Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), and Family Officesto drive net new fund inflows. Identify, cultivate, and convert new sources of investor capital. Manage and deepen relationships with existing investors. Oversee all inbound investor Expressions of Interest (EOIs). Lead the preparation and presentation of high-quality marketing and information collateral. Organise, coordinate, and manage marketing events to promote our client''s funds (e.g., in conjunction with the MD''s regular public media appearances). What You''ll Bring Proven, demonstrable, and current relationships with Wealth Managers, Direct HNW Investors, and/or Family Offices in the Australian market. Ideally experienced in selling private assets (private credit, private equity or private real estate) to wholesale investors or wealth managers. A strong track record of successful capital raising and distribution within the financial services sector. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior executive level and manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
