We''re looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead our Glebe & Newtown location while our current GM is on maternity leave, with the chance for permanent employment as the business expands. Oversee smooth daily operations of the spa & bathhouse. Manage an overseas bookings team (phones, sales, service). Own site performance revenue, rosters, payroll & KPIs. Recruit, onboard and develop new team members. Protect an exceptional guest experience, every visit. Qualifications General Management / multi-site or venue leadership experience. Strong people leadership set the tone and lift the standard. Confidence with budgets, rosters, labour ratios & sales targets. Clear, calm communication and solid problem-solving skills. A genuine love for health, wellness, spa or biohacking. Will lead one of Sydney''s most loved wellness venues. Values-led, founder-run business with a strong culture.
