We are partnering with a fast-growing, category-leading brand thats posting strong doubledigit growth and investing heavily in ecommerce as a core strategic pillar. Theyre backed by a larger group but operate with the speed, energy and ambition of a modern D2C business. With major international expansion underway, particularly across France, Germany, and Spain, theyre now looking for a Head of Ecommerce to take the function to the next level. Youll own the digital P&L, elevate a solid foundation, and lead the next era of optimisation, growth and customer experience. What youll be driving Hitting and exceeding ecommerce & D2C growth targets European market expansion (France, Germany, Spain) Onsite optimisation and customer journey uplift Strong online/offline integration across retail channels Team capability, culture and leadership Full P&L ownership and dataled commercial decisionmaking What makes you a great fit Youve grown ecommerce revenue in a vertical brand or D2C environment You lead from the fronthandson, commercial, and comfortable operating in the detail Youre strong with data, analytics and customer experience Youve built highperforming teams and know how to bring people with youYou understand omnichannel and how physical + digital work together Youve had P&L responsibility and enjoy the accountability that comes with it Bonus points if you bring European market exposure, experience across D2C + retail channels, or a background in consumer products, fashion or accessories.
