Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Spanian''s Kebabs Spanian''s Kebabs is entering a major growth phase, and we are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the next chapter of our national expansion. This is a rare opportunity to drive the strategic, operational and cultural direction of one of Australia''s fastest-growing hospitality brands. As CEO, you will take full accountability for performance and growth of Spanian''s Kebabsoverseeing franchise operations, commercial performance, people leadership, brand development and overall business strategy. Were looking for an inspiring, commercially sharp and operationally experienced leader who can balance strategic thinking with realworld, handson leadership in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment. What Were Looking For Prior leadership experience, ideally as a COO, CEO, Head of Operations or Executive within hospitality, QSR or franchise environments. Deep expertise in fast food or QSRnonnegotiable. Strong background leading multisite or franchise networks, with a track record of commercial acumen. Exceptional stakeholder and boardlevel communication skills. Strong financial literacy with a deep understanding of business drivers, forecasting, and corrective action planning. A resilient, adaptable leadership styleable to navigate pressure and challenges, set expectations and respond to change while keeping teams aligned and motivated. Ability to be present across sites (including interstate), attend key operational moments and lead from the front when needed. Why Join Us?
