About The Role Fantastic permanent opportunity for a motivated Credit Officer to join the SunRice Group in Sydney. As a member of the Credit team, you will support the Credit Manager to maximise cash flow while managing credit risk within the Group. You will perform ageing reporting, credit/debit memos/claim and rebates processing, aid in collection of overdue debts and create new customer accounts including master data adjustments. You will also assist in answering customer queries and liaise with Sales teams. About You Bring your expertise in credit management within the fastpaced FMCG sector. You will lead the way in streamlining processes, driving efficiency and building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders. Your cando attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment will set you up for success! Qualifications & Experience Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles. Previous credit experience with high volume retailers & wholesalers; FMCG experience preferred. Highly developed technical skills in credit principles, collections procedures and ordertorelease management. Independent management of an AR Ledger. Computer literacy, especially Excel and Word. SAP experience. Ability to create efficiencies through the identification and delivery of process improvements. Member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management (not essential).
