Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-focused Head of Operations to take charge of the business functions that drive efficiency, service quality, and internal support across their high-performing real estate organisation. This position will suit a strong operational leader who thrives on developing people, refining systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow.
