ORIX is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Strategy & Delivery to lead enterprise strategy, uplift organisational capability, and drive successful execution of key business priorities. This is a high profile, influential role partnering closely with the Executive Leadership Team, senior stakeholders, and crossfunctional leaders. INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU''LL DO: Lead the development and execution of ORIXs enterprisewide strategic priorities Oversee strategic planning cycles, governance frameworks, and businesswide delivery Provide trusted strategic advice to senior executives across commercial, operational and corporate functions Guide market intelligence, customer insights and competitor analysis to inform decisionmaking Drive initiative delivery, change enablement, and stakeholder collaboration across all business units Oversee M&A assessments including strategic evaluation, due diligence and integration Support new product development, innovation and pilot initiatives Champion a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement WHAT YOU HAVE: 10+ years in strategy, program delivery, transformation, or organisational change Strong commercial acumen and experience developing business cases, financial models, and strategic analysis Proven experience overseeing complex, crossfunctional initiatives Ability to influence at senior levels and distil complex information into clear recommendations Experience in financial services, asset leasing or capitalintensive industries (highly regarded) M&A strategy and execution is strongly preferred Strong leadership capability and a collaborative, engaging style Ready to lead strategy, drive delivery excellence, and shape the future of ORIX?
