The Role As Sales Director your role will be to build and lead a worldclass sales function focused on sustainable, valuesaligned growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will own the entire sales motion from first contact through to longterm client success, driving performance through strategy, tight crossfunctional alignment and missionled leadership. This role is about more than managing reps and hitting monthly numbers. You will coach a convictionbased sales team, optimise systems and forecasting and partner with marketing and finance to create reliable, scalable revenue. Success is measured not just in acquisition but client lifetime value, expectation-setting, and the impact created in helping everyday people achieve financial freedom through ecommerce. Key Responsibilities Own and lead all aspects of the sales function including people, process and performance Manage a growing team of 8 Account Executives and 12 Sales Development Representatives across AU & US time zones Manage recruitment, onboarding and facilitation of pipeline management of talent that can increase the quality and volume of the Sales Team Develop and enforce standards of LTVfocused selling, valuebased consultation and fitfirst qualification Work crossfunctionally with Marketing and Finance to align on lead quality, CAC targets and attribution, accurately model and forecast revenue, track cost per rep, cash collected and net contribution per unit sold, and monitor team capacity, lead flow, and volume. Shape and optimize playbooks, scripts, objection handling frameworks, and training infrastructure to increase the quality of the conversations and the conversion rates of team members Optimise and hone clearly defined daily, weekly, and monthly performance rhythms (standups, reporting, call reviews) Provide weekly & monthly boardlevel reporting on team output, forecast variance, and pipeline health Shape and steer the direction of the technology used within the sales function (optimising for data collection, precision, accuracy and speed of data to be able to make better quality decisions in less time) The Candidate 510+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in performancebased consulting, coaching, SaaS or eCommerce Proven success managing teams of 20-50 highperforming Account Execs and SDRs Strong understanding of financial modelling, forecasting and unit economics in a remote sales environment Deep commitment to valuedriven, consultative selling Experience collaborating crossfunctionally with Marketing, Client Success and Finance You can read people well and structure teams, targets and training systems at scale A commitment to client results as the true measure of sales effectiveness The Package Uncapped Incentives!
