Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service excellence. Act as the main point of contact for building managers, residents, and stakeholders. Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues. Maintain accurate records and timely reporting via cloud-based systems. Coordinate onboarding and training of new cleaning staff. Monitor stock levels of supplies and liaise with suppliers. Act as a fill-in cleaner when required. Requirements Prior experience in a cleaning / facilities / building management or supervisory role. Minimum 12 years of experience in cleaning, facilities, building management or supervisory roles is required. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Strong communication and leadership skills. Current drivers licence and own vehicle (vehicle allowance provided). Comfortable using apps, email, and digital checklists / reporting tools.
