Central Australian Aboriginal Congress Alice Springs NT Fulltime Contract, 37.5 hours per week Salary: $88,861 $103,623 per annum (Total Effective Package: $110,597 $127,354) About the role Reporting to the Senior Workforce Manager, this role partners with our managers to provide the endtoend Congress talent management process, including request to recruit, advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, contract preparation and onboarding to ensure top talent is placed in our business.
