Divisional Manager / General Manager Queensland Design & Build Recruitment, in partnership with a leading national Design & Construct head contractor, is appointing a Divisional Manager / General Manager to lead and grow its Queensland operations. This senior leadership role involves taking ownership of the Queensland business unit, driving strategy, performance and culture while ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality commercial fitout projects. Role: Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for full P&L responsibility for the Queensland division, leading, mentoring and developing project delivery and operational teams, driving business growth through client relationships and strategic tendering, overseeing project performance, risk management and commercial outcomes, implementing national strategy at a state level while contributing to wider business planning, strengthening market presence and brand reputation across the QLD fitout sector, guiding all delivery activities and quality standards.
