Were seeking a Processing Team Leader to lead and coordinate operations at our busy Dover factory. Based 90 minutes south of Hobart and reporting to the Factory Manager, this is a permanent, handson leadership role where youll drive performance, safety, and compliance while managing a team in a fastpaced production environment. Youll supervise daily activities, provide direction and support to the Processing team, uphold quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement all while maintaining Tassals commitment to safety and sustainability. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the processing team to meet KPIs for cost, yield, and output. Oversee team performance through direction, assistance, and support. Maintain a safe workplace, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols. Uphold quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. Manage risk and adherence to internal policies and procedures. Lead and drive change initiatives to build a strong team culture. Rolemodel positive behaviours aligned with Tassals code of conduct. Role requirements: Proven leadership/supervisory experience in a production environment (food processing or FMCG preferred). Experience in people and product safety management. Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills; a solutionfocused team player. Good computer proficiency (Microsoft applications) and ability to interpret KPIs. The ability to learn processes and apply thoroughness in risk management. Passion for safety, quality, and team development. Reliable, selfmotivated, and committed to a safe working environment.
