This role suits someone with minimum 3 years HR experience and solid understanding of industrial relations. Attractive earnings Base salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + super Annual incentives up to $11,500 Uncapped commissions for bringing on new clients, crossselling and upselling Realistic, achievable workloads Flexible start/finish times. 7.5 hour work days, MonFriday. 7:30am - 6:30pm window, working around current staff coverage. One dedicated workfromhome day per week. TOIL available. Encouraged to take annual leave throughout the year for rest and recouperation. Visit client sites across Perth metro. What you bring Essential experience Minimum 3 years in an advisorytype HR role Minimum 2 years in industrial relations with direct Award interpretation experience Proven experience managing multiple client/manager/site portfolios Case management experience in performance and disciplinary matters Qualifications Tertiary qualification in HR, IR, organisational psychology, or management Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain) Bonus points for Consulting role experience Experience working with, and achieving, billable hours Fair Work proceedings experience HRIS platform knowledge (e.g. Employment Hero, Tanda, or Deputy) Experience with Outlook, Teams and the Microsoft 365 suite Experience with Monday.com, Harvest, Canva or Kajabi What you will do as HRC As our HR Consultant, you''ll hit the ground running with a diverse and engaging portfolio: Client advisory services Provide expert HR and industrial relations advice to employers, employees and membership associations across Australia. Cover the full spectrum: recruitment, employee engagement, industrial relations, awards and agreements, contracts, policies, performance management, change management, rewards programs and more. Deliver services both virtually and facetoface with our Commitment to High Quality Service in mind. Present online and inperson training for clients, business associations, school and universities. Portfolio management Coordinate service delivery across your client portfolio. Delegate and collaborate with team members and external stakeholders. Ensure timely, accurate service delivery and efficient resource allocation. Foster strong, trustbased client relationships. Manage client service usage in accordance with their service package and expectations. Meet billable hours KPIs (only half of your day is billable ~4 hours, to be achieved at 3 month mark).
