About the Role As the Senior Product Manager, youll drive the strategic direction, development, and commercial success of our private wealth platform. Your focus will be on delivering innovative, differentiated solutions for High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients, whilst driving innovation in the superannuation product. Youll lead crossfunctional initiatives to expand the investment universe and elevate the digital client experience. Ensuring product compliance across complex structures will be a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Strategic leadership: Execute and evolve strategic roadmap according to operating plan and responding to regulatory changes with respect to the MDA landscape and superannuation. External representation: Represent the business with key clients, industry forums, and regulators as a subject matter expert and advocate for the platforms value proposition. Mentorship and team development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and analysts, building a highperforming, collaborative team culture. Product Management Product ownership: Oversee the endtoend product lifecycle across all platform offerings, ensuring seamless integration and scalability and monitoring of product performance and client engagement. Continuous improvement: Lead crossfunctional teams (Product, Technology, Compliance, Distribution, Operations, Marketing) to deliver highimpact releases and enhancements. Investment solutions: Expanding the investment universe by launching sophisticated investment capabilities on the platform APL with a focus on delivering sophisticated products for the UHNW client segment. Market & Commercial Market and client focus: Conduct market and competitor analysis to anticipate trends, client expectations, and competitive threats in the segment. Commercial outcomes: Drive growth in FUA and client retention through innovative product development and client experience. Monitor and report on key commercial metrics, proactively addressing risks and opportunities. Compliance and risk: Ensure all products and features meet regulatory and compliance requirements, including the SIS Act and SPS 515, liaising with the super fund trustee and managing reporting obligations. Required Skills and Knowledge Demonstrated experience delivering complex investment products and digital solutions for HNW/UHNW clients. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, especially MDA and superannuation structures. Strategic and commercial mindset, with a track record of driving FUA growth and client retention. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and crossfunctional collaboration skills. Advanced analytical, problemsolving, and project management abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to lead and influence crossfunctional teams. Experience and Qualifications 8+ years experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or platformwide role within wealth management, private wealth, or financial services (required). Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field (required).
