You will run a small team, ship work that actually goes live, and still get your hands dirty when it matters. Please note: You will need to be an Australian citizen in order to work in this role as the vast majority of clients are Federal govt departments. The work Lead a squad of consultants. 1:1s, coaching, hiring, resourcing, and quality control. Own Tech One projects end to end. Discovery, configuration, testing, training, go live, stabilisation. Unblock gnarly issues fast. Empower clients and help them work through change. Improve templates, repeatables, and the way the team works. Share knowledge. Build capability. Make the people around you better. You Deep TechnologyOne experience in one or more of the following: Financials, Assets, ECM, CPM, SCM Proper consulting toolkit. Requirements, config, testing, training, change. You can talk to a wide variety of stakeholders about Tech One You like leading people. You set standards, give feedback, and protect the teams time. Government or large enterprise delivery experience. Nice-to-haves An understanding of how Federal govt buying cycles operate Power BI and training design.
