Ericsson Ryde, New South Wales, Australia Solution Architect Ericsson is looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect to analyze, design, and develop commercially viable endtoend technical solutions for our customers. In this role, you will also generate profitable business by translating customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals. What you will do: Report to the Lead RAN Solution Architect, Project Manager and/or Head of Optimise. Analyze customer network and propose technical solutions to improve network performance. Deliver impactful 5G advanced services through optimisation, network enhancements (features, software, etc.) and trials. Work closely with customers to identify pain points and create valueadded services (including addon sales). Develop technical presentations, proposals, and deliver customer presentations. Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing. Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about solutions to enable customer competence building. The skills you bring: 12+ years of experience in Telecommunications. Excellent knowledge of 5G and LTE landscapes, strategies and technology roadmaps. Experience and solid understanding of 5G radio products, layering strategies, NSA/SA architecture, mmWave and Cloud RAN. Experience leading teams and driving 5G advanced optimisation services, PoC, and network trials. Worked on largescale network enhancements, modernisation and/or MOCN projects. Strong troubleshooting skills to improve network performance and achieve KPIs. Capability to analyse drivetest logs using Accuver XCAL, XCAP, TEMSD/I. Strong 3GPP knowledge and ITU standards. Experience with multivendor network interworking. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team. Performance under pressure in a fastpaced environment. Excellent communication skills. Proven experience influencing internal/external stakeholders and driving outcomes within budget and timeframes. Strong presales experience, business acumen and RFP experience. Deep Ericsson product and solutions knowledge (preferred). Programming/scripting skills in VBA, Python, etc. for automation (highly regarded). What happens once you apply?
