Head of Branch OperationsOversee and coordinate national branch operations to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery of vehicles to end-user clients, driving productivity, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across all locations.This is a branch and office-based role with regular travel to our branch network interstate.About CompassSince 2001, Compass has been the market leader in accident replacement vehicles. We achieve this through genuine care, teamwork, and a commitment to doing things better.We live our values every day:Care & Passion to deliver outstanding service the way wed want to be treatedCourage to be empowered and make informed decisionsCan Do a proactive mindset focused on solving problems and improvingTrust to be counted on to do the right thing in all relationshipsWhat Youll Be DoingLead, support, and monitor branch teams to meet delivery targets, productivity benchmarks, and cost control objectives.Develop and implement streamlined operational processes to maximise efficiency and minimise waste.Liaise with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to optimise delivery scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication.Monitor performance metrics, identify operational inefficiencies, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and company standards while achieving budgetary goals.Oversee short- and long-term resource planning to ensure optimal workflow and outputs in line with budgeted volumesServe as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, influencing strategic direction and operational excellenceCollaborate with Operations leaders to design and implement a best practice logistics model that aligns with business needsAnalyse operational reports to track performance trends, drive efficiencies, and manage costsLead strategic projects aimed at refining operations and customer service deliveryPartner with the Fleet team to maximise vehicle usage and ensure branches meet fleet compliance responsibilitiesWhat Youll BringStrong leadership and multi-site operational management experience.Proven ability to increase productivity and drive continuous improvement in logistics or vehicle delivery environments.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.Proven excellence in customer service leadership;
